Right now I'm with Jessica, pet/house sitting. The animals she's being paid to watch are annoying as fuck. It's obvious that they're all fed table scraps, because this morning I was constantly having to swat two cats away while I ate half a sandwich, and while I was cooking dinner tonight two of the four dogs wouldn't stop begging. The only reason the other two dogs didn't get under foot while I was in the kitchen is because the owners want them locked in a bedroom overnight. I'm glad that after tonight I'll never have to be around these animals again.
I've been driving as much as I can lately, trying to get a lot of practice, and slowly but surely I'm getting better. Today I put 35 miles on the odometer and I only killed it once, because I tried to go up a pretty steep hill at 10 miles an hour in second gear. I'm thinking that having my license by the 15th of next month is a definite possibility.
Work is the same as always, but at least next week I'm scheduled for 33 hours instead of the 25 and I've been getting.
I feel like I'm writing an email to a friend I don't talk to very often, and I'm missing "The Machinist". I should really pay more attention, because there's more to the movie than just a disgustingly thin Christian Bale.
